How returns and refunds work for products ordered from Connect Adda.
All our customers are very important to us, so Connect Adda has created the following refund policy to let you know how we handle returns for products ordered and purchased from our website https://www.connectadda.com. Some items can be returned within 1 day of delivery and are eligible. You have the right to return the goods without giving a reason, if they have not been used, damaged or the appearance has not changed significantly — i.e. only such changes have been made to the appearance of the product or its packaging as are necessary to become familiar with the goods received.
Legal entities (e.g. companies, contractors) are not allowed to cancel the distance contract within 7 days without reason.
See Exceptions below for more information on which products cannot be refunded. This returns policy does not limit your statutory cancellation rights or any rights you may have in relation to faulty, damaged or defective products.
All products you wish to return must be in their original packaging and unopened/resale-able. If the returned product does not meet these conditions, we will not be able to issue a refund. You must submit a return request within 1 day of delivery.

When returning an item, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. You must exercise your right of return responsibly and return the product in its original packaging, with all complete parts of the product intact. If the item is not in perfect condition, we will not be able to accept the returned item and issue a refund.
Once the item is received and inspected by our staff, the refund will be authorised the same way the payment was made. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 14 days for refunds to be credited to your original payment method. In all cases, we reserve the right to withhold a refund until the item has been received and inspected.
If you do not meet the deadlines in our return policy, we will not be able to offer a refund.
Your online purchases of premium product returns are not eligible in the following cases:
In some cases such as defective, damaged or incorrect products, you may be required to provide evidence of the problem (such as a photo or video) or return the product to receive a refund.
If you are required to return the goods to us, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
The product must be returned in its original packaging (with the manual and/or warranty card if it was delivered with the product).
